Crown Group is looking for Assistant Brand Manager based at SITE Factory Karachi. The applicant will be responsible for the following:
Responsibility:
• User Acquisition/retention through digital channels.
• Launching campaigns on digital and their optimization for improved results.
• Analyzing campaign data and developing strategies to continuously scale spend and improve conversion performance and efficiencies.
• Own tracking mechanisms (i.e. GTM, vanity URLs, UTMs, tagging, etc.) end-to-end, working closely with IT.
• Developing annual operating plans and budget management.
Requirement:
• Well versed with digital tools and their execution (In-depth practical experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other marketing channels).
• Thorough understanding of Google Analytics & Firebase.
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint Skills.
• BBA/MBA Marketing with at least 2-4 years of experience in Branding.

Responsibilities:
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Organize and participate in events to build Brand Image and boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Requirements and skills:
• 1-2 years’ work experience as a Brand Executive
• Bachelors in Media or Business Administration
• Ability to identify and track relevant Branding metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
