Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance. A Master’s degree (MBA / LLM / equivalent) is an advantage.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Contract Management (IACCM, CIPS) or Project Management (PMP) are preferred.
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in contract management, commercial coordination, and bid handling (preferably in IPP, EPC, or industrial setups).
- Age: Pakistani national, below 42 years old.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (financial modeling) and Word (track changes/formatting).
- Languages: Proficiency in Chinese is considered an advantage for Pakistani candidates.
Main Responsibilities
- Tender & Bidding: Prepare tender documents, RFPs, and bid evaluation reports.
- Negotiation: Coordinate with contractors to secure cost-effective and commercially favorable terms.
- Contract Management: Handle the full lifecycle (drafting, review, execution, and amendments) while ensuring compliance.
- Financial Oversight: Review contractual payments/invoices, verify milestones, and analyze data for cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordination: Liaise with Finance, Commercial, O&M, and Supply Chain teams.
- Reporting: Maintain contract ledgers and prepare status reports for management review.
