Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Assistant Manager (Merchandising)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Merchandising Department as an Assistant Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing the sampling process, managing pre-bulk operations, and driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering or any other relevant degree. Minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience across the complete sampling process.
- Strong understanding of pre-bulk operations and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage and ensure timely dispatch of samples.
- Proficient in using MS Office & Oracle.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills & Risk Assessment Ability.
