Mission Statement
- This position is required to ensure Proper implementation of controls to safeguard Company assets & inventories in liaison with SupplyChain.
- To ensure accurate, timely, relevant, and reliable Financial information and Key Business Insights/Benchmarking and Strategies, Trends [both historical and future] for Territory Operation Managers
- This position is required to ensure Proper implementation of controls to safeguard Company assets & inventories in liaison with SupplyChain.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Lead monthly/surprise Physical Stock Count audits [Full Goods, Empty, Shells, Coolers, Raw Materials, S&S] are conducted and reconciled at Plant.
- FacilitateGlass & Shell inter territory movement by active coordinate with other Plant executives .
- Consolidate results of monthly/surprise physical stock counts of Plant, partner with Supply Chain on stock count results and ensure action on irregularity found
- Facilitate & follow up timely approvals of write-offs and disposal thereof. [Inventories, Stores & Spares, Fixed Assets]
- Reconcile Murabaha transactions in SAP in coordination with Treasury, Payable functions, GL team & warehousing teams. Ensure reconciliation of Murabaha physical stocks
- Track of monthly scrap sale while ensuring that all scrap sale rates are as per agreement
- Review of Scrap Reconciliation on regular basis
- Ensure that fixed asset counts are planned & conducted as per Company policies and proper tagging of Fixed Assets
- Supervision of fixed assets verification reconciliations and resolution of issues if any.
- Review of Idle assets and access for impairment
- Review daily reconciliation of Finished Goods to ensure and to identify any unrecorded transaction
- Verification and approval of all Non-returnable gate passes
- Ensure timely & accurate maintenance of gate passes.
- Ensure timely preparation of gate related reconciliations [Inward gate Pass vs GRN Reconciliation]
