Job Description: We are looking for individual who:

Is responsible for project management, new system enhancements and implementation of regional/local applications
Assures timely delivery of projects
Manage end-end application release cycle and liaison with business users/ managers / regional teams during all phases of a project Life cycle
Coordinate application issue resolution and in country regression testing for all cluster level releases
Assist and conduct annual COB test of regional/local applications
Provide in country technical and coordination support
Work out the plan for the tactical solution alignment, conversion to a strategic solution
To provide expertise to the business on any regional system related project or implementation including setting up new products and functionality on regional systems.
Developing mutually beneficial working relationships with customers.
Providing high-quality deliverables by facilitating personal and organizational effectiveness.
Working together to develop a collaborative team atmosphere.
Ensure to comply with the local regulatory, US regulatory and Citi policy requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience

Ideally, currently working in a large financial institute preferable as a permanent staff
International experience, understanding of multi country business, regulatory, culture
Knowledge of infrastructure, applications solutions, architecture
Previous experience of project and implementation management is essential.
Experience of managing third party service providers, vendors

An Added Advantage Would Be Given To Applicants With

Degree in Computer Science
Prior experience either supporting Core banking, Credit card applications, Channels and EB plate form
