Admin Executive (For Karachi Office)
Cinepax Limited is looking for Admin Executive with 1 to 2 years of proven admin experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external Vendors;
- Timely processing of utility bills and Fleet cards;
- Look after travel desk management;
- Monitor and manage all office supplies;
- Help in scheduling in-house and external events;
- Provide administrative support in office maintenance, vehicle maintenance and other related matters;
- Provide support in annual renewal of Karachi Chamber of Commerce, PO Box, Company Vehicle Taxes, Vehicle Insurance.
- Act as a custodian of cinema staff uniform inventory;
- Gather data for the issuance of complimentary passes on monthly Basis and make timely distribution to all employees.
Skills Requirement:
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail
Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree
