Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of an Assistant Manager Finance for our Head office in Karachi.
Qualification: MBA-Finance / ACCA/ ICMA
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills: Communication skills must be excellent, Strong analytical skills and must be proficient in Excel.
- Responsible for receiving of invoices and supporting documents from vendors and business partners.
- To collect inspection reports, GRN and other documents from vendors and departments.
- To review and approve reconciliations and issuance of debit notes.
- Involve in day to day operations of sourcing and ensure that all the payables are recorded timely.
- Involved in monthly vendors’ ledger reconciliation
