Senior Officer – Warehouse

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

Minimum Graduation or other equivalent professional qualification from a reputable university.
More than 5 years of experience in warehouse engineering material management, more than 3 years of work experience in warehouse material management for coal-fired power plants.
Familiar with the standards, processes, systems, and specifications related to material management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as data statistical analysis abilities.
Familiar with material management systems and office software applications such as ERP and SAP, experience in warehouse management at Hub Company is preferred.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Responsible for managing the receiving, warehousing, placement, issuance, return, and maintenance of incoming materials
Responsible for managing the receiving, warehousing, placement, issuance, return, and maintenance of incoming materials
Responsible for regular inventory and maintenance management of warehouse materials.
Assist the warehouse manager in sorting out the procurement plan status and updating the information of received and warehousing materials
Responsible for handling daily warehouse affairs and related translation work;
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by Management/leadership and the department.
