Currently, we are looking for: I.T Officer The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

• Minimum Graduation in I.T or equivalent professional qualification/ Certificate from a reputable university. • More than 5 years of experience in IT Support, Troubleshooting, problem resolution skills, Basic Network Administration, Basic System Administration and Security awareness. The main responsibilities of the position will involve

• Provide IT support to all staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Maintain IT support logs, asset records, and documentation for troubleshooting processes.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and standard applications.

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT peripherals, including projectors, conference equipment, webcams, audio devices, and other IT equipment.

• Support IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as needed.

• Perform scheduled health checks on IT systems, including servers, network computers, applications, and peripheral devices to minimize downtime.

• Support server operations, including user account management, backup operations, and basic virtualization tasks.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

• Track and report on network and server performance, escalating issues to senior administrators as required.
