Position: Assistant Manager Customer Relations & Product Development
• The candidate responsible for following responsibilities:
• Maintaining a liaison with customers for their satisfaction_
• Resolving customer’s complaints quickly and effectively.
• Developing SOP’s to improve area of complaints.
• Is aware of the raw materials to be used for better laminate performance.
• Well versed with product packing lines.
• Sample trials at customer end With the help of plant team.
Candidate must be graduate from a reputable institute with minimum 04 years of packaging industry and customer relations experience with strong communication skills.
