We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team and support inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and compliance across our retail and warehouse operations.
Open Position: 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in inventory auditing, stock verification, or inventory control, preferably in retail
- Experience in conducting physical stock counts, cycle counts, and surprise inventory audits
- Ability to reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigate discrepancies, and report findings
- Sound understanding of stock receiving, transfers, returns, adjustments, and inventory documentation
- Ability to identify inventory control gaps, stock losses, damaged goods, and expired inventory
- Experience in preparing audit reports and following up on corrective actions with relevant teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in night shifts and travel to different stores in all over Pakistan.
