Job Description:
- Manage and train maintenance staff.
- Oversee daily operations and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across the store.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and manage budgets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a retail setting.
- Knowledge of safety standards.
