WE’RE HIRING Manager – GRC & Data Analytics
About the Role: The ideal candidate will maintain an up-to-date risk register and risk heat maps. Develop and track key risk indicators (KRIs). Lead the development, review and update of SOPs for key business functions. Work with business units to map and document end-to-end processes. Maintain a central repository for all SOPs and ensure version control. Train and support staff in understanding and adhering to SOPs. Serve as the primary point of contact for GRC-related communications and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with internal controls and key regulations and performing meaningful data analysis for senior management.
The Requirements: The right individual must hold a Master’s Degree preferably MBA or be a qualified CA/ACCA, with 10-15 years of experience in GRC and data analytics. Hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA GRC is required. A sound understanding of COSO Framework, ISO 31000 and IIA’s GIAS will be preferable along with strong analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
