Department: Human Resource
Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Karachi
Qualification: MBA in Human Resource; Additional certification would be a plus
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution will be preferred
Responsibilities:
The resource will be required to
- Serve as an HR Generalist with specific attention to Recruitment & Onboarding.
• Support departments in identifying talent needs and help in finding the right human capital required.
• Ensuring a consistent flow of qualified, diverse, and talented candidates.
• Assist in resolving employee queries while strengthening employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for routine HR processes.
• Exposure to conducting training needs analysis, aligning relevant training, and evaluating training effectiveness. - Excellent written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables with high vigilance.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel will be a plus.
