Hiring Sales Executive For ”REVOO ELECTRIC BIKE”
Position: DSE (Dealership sales Executive), Sales Executive
Location: Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Pindi, Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 2-3 Years in 2 wheels industry
Package: 80K-130k (depends on experience)
Requirement:
Proven experience as a similar role, preferably in the automotive 2W, or related retail industry. (prior experience with Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha or E-Bike)
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and motivating sales teams.
Ability to manage multiple key accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver’s license (if required for test rides or client meetings).
Job Description:
Identify and prospect new potential dealership partners in target markets to expand the brand presence.
o Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
o Maintain a strong understanding of the latest e-bike models, features, and industry trends.
o Identify and prospect new potential dealership partners in target markets to expand the brand presence.
o Provide guidance, support, and training to new and existing dealers on product offerings, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
o Assist dealers with stock management, promotional strategies, and marketing initiatives as per Company SOP
o Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers to ensure sales targets are being met and provide necessary support to address challenges.
o Work with dealers to set up promotional events, demo days, and other activities that drive foot traffic and sales.
o Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
o Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and service requests.
