Job Summary: The CARFIRST Management Training Program includes an elite team of excellent performers who are building the future of our company. You will quickly rotate through entry level assignments in our Purchases, Sales & Service and Operations Departments while completing core training exercises. You will then be assigned an operational role in one of the departments. You will also lead and participate in various activities, projects and initiatives to solve critical and strategic issues on behalf of our executive team. Our most successful candidates will be a given a permanent position in the organization.

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, 4-year college graduates, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in purchases/operations to work for us. Our entry level 6 months Management Training Program is hands on experience designed to provide graduates with all the skills necessary for a successful career in management/operations.

Who are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred
Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
Develop and implement strategies necessary to improve purchase performance
Ensure a pleasant experience to our customers
Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
Learn the automotive business
Staying up to date on technological change
