VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) Division is seeking applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals for contract-based positions on open merit, under the PSDP-funded “Invest Pakistan” project. Applications are invited for the following positions:

1. Project Director (PPS-12)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • M.A./M.Sc./B.Sc. Engineering, MBA/MPA, MBBS/MPH, Master or BS (4 years) in Economics (16 years of relevant education) with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in project management and execution, particularly in investment-related matters, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of public/private sector operations, excellent communication, and analytical skills.

2. Investment Banking Advisor (PPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)/MBA (Banking & Finance) (16 years of education in relevant field) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years in leadership roles in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with public/private sector operations and strong analytical skills.

3. Legal Advisor (PPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • LLM (preferred) or LLB in Corporate & Business law (16 years of relevant education) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in the legal field, including 2 years in leadership roles in drafting and practicing Corporate and Business law.
  • Expertise in public/private sector operations, along with strong analytical and writing skills.

4. Financial Advisor (PPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • MBA (Finance), ACA, Chartered Accountant (CA) (16 years of education) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years in leadership roles in financial planning, audit, accounts, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

5. Marketing Advisor (PPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • MBA (Marketing)/MPA or equivalent (16 years of relevant education) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years in leadership roles focusing on attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) & stimulating economic growth.

6. Sector Specialist (PPS-10)

• No. of Posts: 8 (One for each sector)
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • M.A./M.Sc. (16 years of relevant education) in the respective sector with 3 years of post-qualification experience.

7. Regional/Country Officer (PPS-10)

• No. of Posts: 6 (One for each desk)
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • M.A./M.Sc. in International Relations (16 years of relevant education) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in targeted regions.

8. Manager (HR & Coordination/Protocol) (PPS-10)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • M.A./M.Sc./MBA (16 years of education) with at least 8 years of relevant experience in leadership roles in HR, protocol, and coordination.

9. Research Associate (Sectors) (PPS-7)

• No. of Posts: 4
• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • M.A./M.Sc./BS (16 years of education) in any of the 8 targeted sectors.

10. Research Associate (Country/Regional Desk) (PPS-7)

• No. of Posts: 4
• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

11. Assistant Manager (Admin & Finance) (PPS-7)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

12. Assistant Manager (HR & Coordination/Protocol) (PPS-7)

• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

13. Office Assistant (PPS-5)

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

14. IT Support Assistant (PPS-5)

• No. of Posts: 2
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

15. Assistant (Protocol & General) (PPS-5)

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

16. Driver (PPS-2)

• No. of Posts: 5
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

17. Dispatch Rider (PPS-2)

• No. of Posts: 2
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

18. Naib Qasid (PPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 5
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

Details of Application Process:

1. Interested candidates must apply online via the SIFC official website at https://sifc.gov.pk by 11:59 PM PST, 6th January 2025.
2. Educational qualifications must be obtained from HEC-recognized universities/institutes duly verified by HEC.
3. The age of the candidate must not exceed the specified maximum age limit on the closing date of the advertisement.
4. Government employees must apply through proper channels.
5. No TA/DA will be provided.
6. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
