The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of vehicles or parts while coordinating closely with sales, warehouse, and transport teams. The role manages dispatch documentation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to meet customer delivery commitments. It also ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.
Further responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, maintaining ERP accuracy, and conducting periodic physical audits. The role ensures optimum inventory availability, manages stock ageing, and supports reconciliation of variances. It also works with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory flow.
This role requires hand on experience in processing sales orders, validating documentation, and coordinating order allocation. The role handles MIS reporting, customer order status updates, and supports seamless communication between sales and dispatch teams. Continuous process improvement and cross-functional coordination are essential to ensure operational efficiency.

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Deputy Manager Business Systems – Supply Chain Applications ” in their IT department
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience
We are seeking a motivated Deputy Manager Business Systems – Supply Chain Applications to support the design, implementation, and improvement of SAP Supply Chain modules and non-SAP applications, primarily focusing on MM and WM. The role works within the internal IT team and collaborates closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient and resilient supply chain solutions.
The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on SAP MM/WM implementation experience, preferably in customer-side roles within the automotive or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, and cross-module integration with SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO is essential.
Key responsibilities include providing functional support for SAP supply chain applications, gathering business requirements, configuring and enhancing SAP processes, managing partner deliverables, and ensuring smooth integration across modules. The role also drives continuous improvement, oversees testing, training, change management, and Go-Live support, and maintains system documentation and compliance.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, and emerging supply chain technologies is expected. Experience with SAP Ariba, Fiori, SAP mobile solutions, SAP BTP, or SAP certifications in MM/WM will be an added advantage.
