We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Treasury to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, managing foreign payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. This role requires solid knowledge of banking transactions, import payments, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting.

They will manage daily fund operations including RTGS transactions, internal fund transfers, running finance drawdowns, debt servicing, and handling of insurance proceeds. The role involves overseeing all foreign payment activities related to imports, coordinating with banks for the submission and clearance of shipping documents, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the timely retirement of documents. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting cases to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to obtain necessary approvals for outward remittances under restricted payment categories.

Additionally, the role includes processing contracts, Letters of Credit (LCs), open account payments, and related amendments in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. The candidate will maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions to support financing arrangements, loan disbursements, and credit facility management. The position also requires compiling and analyzing financial documents such as stock reports, borrowing fact sheets, and other lender-related data. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager will prepare monthly accruals for interest income and loan obligations—both short-term and long-term—ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
