Burque Corporation (Pvt) Limited is looking for “IT Support officer” based in Karachi. Ideal candidate must have at least 01 year of relevant experience.

Qualification: Minimum Diploma in IT
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user hardware & software applications
• Maintain record of IT asset inventory and end-use configurations
• Responsible for coordinating with vendors for hardware related issues
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to the support tickets received through the IT helpdesk
• Provide relevant IT Support for special events such as conferences, meetings, trainings etc.

Qualification: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing support to the Senior Management as well as C-Level support.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Responsible for coordinating with vendors for hardware related issues.
• Ensure proper installation and updating of antivirus and anti-malware software on end-user equipment.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery problems and work on special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
