The role demands delivery of zero delays, 100% inventory accuracy (system vs physical), controlled shortages/returns, and full compliance execution, while maintaining safety, asset integrity, and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates bring FMCG/distribution experience, strong command over warehouse practices (FIFO/FEFO), and a KPI-driven mindset.
