1- Position: Purchase Officer
Qualification: Graduate/Masters
Experience: 3-4 years
Location: Lahore
Gender: Male
Responsibilities:
- Regular vendors visit to verify the order processing and resolve their day to day issues for material and quality.
- To ensure on-time delivery, VDN and claim management as per assigned targets
- Responsible for overall purchases of electrical, mechanical, stationery items, grocery Items , furniture items etc
- Assist seniors within purchase department to Identify new vendors
- Supervise the Process audit of vendor officer / Sr. Vendor officer
- To assist Dy. Manager Purchase in new product development
- To initiate purchase order creation and follow up with support staff within purchase dept.
- Review purchase reports and make daily plans
- Weekly reports of pending orders to the line manager
