Key Skills / Responsibilities:
>Prime responsibility would be to respond and close client queries in efficient manner (email and phone)
>To receive account related requests from clients via email / courier and ensure timely execution.
>Attending clients on company’s premises to resolve their queries and provide support.
>Issuing required letters/reports to clients upon request.
>Should be well aware of the financial brokerage industry.
>Should have sound written and verbal communication skills.
Qualification:Graduation from a reputable institute. (MBA will be preferred)
Experience:2-3 years of relevant experience.
Location:Head Office, Karachi
