Job Description of Recruitment Executive:
- Advertising job ads, sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing shortlisted applicants and on-boarding the finalized candidate for group of companies under the supervision of department head.
- Coordinating with career placement officers of universities to build strong relations.
- To keep maintain records of employees and also check reference of previous organizations.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Understanding the requirements of resource and validate the Job Description of each position with Group Head Human Resource.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have strong command on MS Office.
- Should have strong follow up ability.
