Responsibilities:

• Support all internal and external HR related inquires or requests.
• Maintain digital and electronics records of employees.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

• Effective HR administration and people management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

QA Intern

Responsibilities:

• Determining, Negotiating and Agreeing on In-House Quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Setting customer service standards.
• Investigating and setting standards for quality.
• Ensuring that the development processes comply with standards at both national and international levels.
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates (BSCS, BSIT, BSSE).
• Trello, Slack, Webex Teams, Jira, Excel sheet knowledge will be a plus point.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Bugzilla will be a plus.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Grip on the creation of software requirement documents.
• Strong requirement analysis, understanding would be a plus.
• Capable of doing scenario-based testing, creation of test cases & accurate bug reports.
