Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Job Description:
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary surveys, and ensuring effective communication of employee benefits.
- Support HR operations by managing employee records, onboarding, payroll data preparation, and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and responding to HR inquiries.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
