POSITION: Senior Officer Administrative Support Apply Online
LOCATION :Lahore, Pakistan
QUALIFICATION : Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative / executive support role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Director Education Development’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Coordinate meeting logistics including venue, refreshments, and resources
- Ensure availability and smooth functioning of office equipment (multimedia, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Liaise with internal departments (Administration, IT, Finance, Communications) for operational support
- Manage travel arrangements including bookings, logistics, and communication with staff
- Process travel documentation, TADA, and expense-related coordination with Finance
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and general upkeep of the department
- Prepare and maintain records, files, and administrative documentation
- Support in preparation and design of presentations
- Coordinate training logistics including room bookings, equipment readiness, and materials
- Manage and report departmental Imprest expenses
- Facilitate design coordination for publications and internal materials
SKILLS
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments
