POSITION MANAGER REGULATORY, LEGAL & EXTERNAL AFFAIRS Quetta
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Law, Education Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 6 – 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, legal, or government liaison (education sector preferred).
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of education laws, regulations, and government procedures.
- Proven experience in compliance audits, handling legal notices, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Baluchi and/or Pushto preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with education department regulations, affiliations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle legal matters including contracts, staff issues, and regulatory disputes.
- Liaise with education boards, local administration, and regulatory/government authorities.
- Represent the organization in official meetings, audits, inspections, and legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong networks with government stakeholders, legal counsel, and community representatives.
- Provide advisory support to school leadership and internal teams on compliance and external engagement matters.
