We are hiring! HEAD TELESALES

Location: Head Office, Islamabad
Qualification: Bachlors/ Master Degree preferably in Business Administration
Experience: 03-05 years at same capacity (specifically in telesales of solar products and services)

What we’re looking for:

• Secure lead generation by cold calling and following up with company literature
• Ensure CRM tools are updated with regards to baseline data such as contact, emails, and addresses
• Assisting in developing effective telesales strategies implementing and monitoring the performance of telesales strategies
• Preparing and maintaining detailed and accurate telesales reports
• Assisting in developing telesales script
• Managing Telesales team with check and follow ups to meet targets (8M / telesale)
• Ensure potential lead generation from agents thru online/web search
• Ensure day end reporting to national head on data calling, meeting setups, lost reasons, etc.
• Regular training sessions to update sales pitch as per the market trends
• Must exhibit strong leadership and team management skills
