Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Renewable Energy.
Experience :
- 5+ years of R&D experience in solar and IoT solutions.
- Strong expertise in embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, and energy storage.
- Experience with inverters, hybrid systems, or smart power devices.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead R&D for solar, IoT-enabled, and hybrid energy solutions.
- Drive product development from concept to deployment.
- Evaluate emerging solar, IoT, embedded, and storage technologies.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Manage projects, resources, and compliance.
- Mentor the R&D team and drive innovation.
