Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for recruitment of all retail staff.
Candidate will be developing strategies for different sources of recruitment, aligning with area managers and ensure smooth on-boarding process.
The candidate will also act proactively to all employee relations in the region and maintain best practices for the company.
Requirements
• Minimum graduate B.Com/BBA
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR functions/ people management skills (experience in retail industry is preferred)
• Flexible to travel on different locations in the region as and when required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and utilize resources when needed
• Good computer proficiency: MS Office and Internet prophecies
• Fast learner, highly motivated and customer orientated
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
