Bank AL Habib is looking for a Team Lead – Credit Assessment
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: MBA / Master’s or equivalent degree
Department: Credit Division
Experience: 5 Years
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- To guide and supervise credit assessment officers in ensuring smooth and quality review and approval of credit proposals.
- Review of cases assessed by credit analysts reporting to the position.
- Ensuring compliance of Credit Policy, Credit Manual, Shariah Rules (where applicable) & SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Coordinating with Zonal Offices, business Team Leaders, and Relationship Managers in analyzing proposals and assessing borrowers’ credit limits based upon their underlying business needs.
- Liaising with business units and guiding credit assessment processes to reduce Turn Around Time for obtaining approvals.
- Guiding Credit Assessment Officers on various matters to improve workflow.
- Reviewing various MIS reports and comments of credit analysts.
- Presenting credit proposals to members of Sub-CC and CCC after all due diligence.
- Visiting customers to assess the quality of physical assets and management, as necessary.
- Monitoring assigned customer credit portfolio via various MIS reports.
- Undertaking special projects as assigned by senior management.
- Member of Group C of the Sub Credit Committee (SCC)
- Any other task assigned by the Regional Credit Risk in charge
