Job Requirements& Responsibilities:
- Supervise evaluation of calls to review operations as per the approved SOP and arrange coaching sessions
- Ensure evaluation of cross-functional units within the Contact Center
- Arrange required coaching sessions to cover the gaps
- Improving the overall quality of services to enhance customer experience
