𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.

Responsibilities:

o Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems tailored for the specific segments: 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐓𝐨𝐲𝐬 & 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐉𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐫𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of hard goods products.
o Oversee all stages of the production process to ensure that products meet the company’s quality standards.
o Coordinate and lead product inspections, testing, and audits.
o Identify and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints, defects, and non-conformities.
o Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing training on quality control processes, standards, and procedures.
o Work with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet the required quality standards.
o Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
o Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve overall quality.
o Stay updated with changes in regulations, industry standards, and market trends that may affect product quality.
o Provide regular reports on quality performance, trends, and issues to top management.
o Manage the investigation and root cause analysis of quality incidents, implementing corrective actions.
o Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
o Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on hard goods or manufacturing.
o Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and managing QMS systems.
o In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and standards.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
