BachaaParty is looking to hire an skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Manager HR for it’s Punjab region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR function to support organization’s vision and strategy.
- Ensure execution & compliance of all company HR related policies at all location of Punjab.
- Talent Management: Recruitment, Succession planning, retention.
- Performance Management: Goals management, appraisal process, KPIs, Score cards, Rewards and Recognition.
- Grievances Management: Manage Employee grievances and conduct counseling sessions as and when required.
- Conduct training sessions for all locations of Punjab.
- Grievance handling of employees.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s In HR from a well reputed institute.
- Experience: Overall 5 – 7 years with 1 – 3 years’ experience in similar capacity (Retail industry preferred).
- Amazing Leadership skills.
- Exceptional Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
