𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

𝐨 Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring sufficient funds to meet operational requirements.
𝐨 Monitor and manage the company’s cash position and report on cash flow forecasts.
𝐨 Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funds transfers, FX transactions, and other treasury-related activities.
𝐨 Optimize the use of cash resources and support investment decisions in line with company policies.
𝐨 Supervise the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
𝐨 Implement control procedures to ensure payments are made in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
𝐨 Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
𝐨 Review and approve payment runs, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
𝐨 Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury and payable functions.
𝐨 Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
𝐨 Implement automation tools and systems for effective treasury and accounts payable operations.
𝐨 Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity position, and payment status.
𝐨 Analyze financial data and provide insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
𝐨 Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess treasury and payable operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

𝐨 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (A professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is a plus.)
𝐨 Minimum of 5 years in treasury, cash management, or accounts payable functions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
𝐨 Strong understanding of cash flow management, payments processing, and accounts payable operations.
𝐨 Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
𝐨 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
𝐨 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
