Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Executive (Retail Development).
Education: Masters preferably BBA (Hons) / MBA Marketing. Experience: Min 5 years preferably in OMC.
Location: Karachi
No. of Positions: One (1)
Responsible to achieve company targets while adhering to company SOPs and policies. Also requires to be proactive in order to plan ahead for daily tasks. All business activities and tasks are to be executed in a professional and incumbent manner as prescribed in the prevailing company policy while effectively meeting deadlines.

Job Description:

Minimum 5 years of Field Work Experience of Sales / Development in any reputed OMC.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills (i.e. internal/external correspondence).
Network Planning for pocket identification through Competitor’s sale analysis
Effective Negotiation skills are essential.
Planning on pipeline projects to expedite the work and provide support to the dealer’s.
Have strong business relations with dealer’s network.
Have Strong grip on methods/Procedures Development of sites i.e. Evaluate Trade area, preparation of Tarde area report, NOC’s procedures, Land documentation understanding.
Feasibilities of the New potential sites to check financials such as IRR at maximum, shortest payback period and positive NPV. Other analytical considerations are net margins, return on company’s investment, sales and rentals.
Can Suggest for new policies as per market intelligence and submission to management for consideration such as any new idea, tripartite and franchisee agreements etcetera.
Good Knowledge of developing CAPEX plans.
Have strong job knowledge to operate COCO sites.

Skill Required: Proven communication and relationship skills necessary to understand requirements and work
