A) Manager (Lubricants)

Primary Responsibilities:
► Development and performance of all sales activities related to Lubricants, with primary focus on new business.
► To provide leadership towards the achievement of optimum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
► Develop business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
► Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Desired Skills/Experience:
► MBA from NEC recognized local / foreign institute of repute.

B) Executive (Lubricants)

Primary Responsibilities:
► Thorough understanding of Lubricant Industry.
► Managing Lubricants sales operations, achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
► Contribute towards development of Lubricants sales strategy, annual business plans and budgets for sale of lubricants.
► Study market trends as well as competitor activities and suitably update Senior Management on latest market / industry developments.
► Ensure that customers are provided with a high quality of service and value in all stages of the sales process
► Designing and execution of advertisement campaigns and sales promotion activities etc. Desired Skills/Experience: MBA from HEC recognized local / foreign institute of repute. Minimum 3 – 5 years of post qualification, relevant experience.
