We Are HIRING Assistant Brand Manager

📍 Karachi, Pakistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Brand Manager across the full range of marketing activities and communications (e.g. traditional and digital media, activations, loyalty schemes, PR, consumer research etc.)
Seamless execution of social media strategies that support brand objectives and drive engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and visuals, in collaboration with internal design teams & external agencies.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns and content.
Ensure execution of ongoing marketing programmes such as loyalty and hospital activations.
Assist in consumer promotions in coordination with the relative departments (production, purchasing, planning)
Closely work with the sales team to ensure brand messaging is developed and delivered across multiple sales channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key opinion leaders to support brand advocacy.
Assist in product and packaging development processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputable institute.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management.
Proven ability to implement consumer loyalty schemes, point of market entry activations, etc.
Track record of managing social media accounts and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Experience with content creation, social media metrics, and campaign performance reporting.
Ability to use AI tools to enable in-housing of tasks.
