Position Title: Industrial Relations Business Partner

Brief Job Description:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with employee representatives, trade unions, and other stakeholders involved in employee relations.
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on labor laws, company policies, and employment contracts.
- Conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues, and recommending appropriate actions based on the findings.
- Facilitating negotiations with employee representatives on issues such as collective bargaining agreements, employee benefits, and workplace policies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity, and reduce employee turnover.
- Monitoring and analyzing data related to employee relations, such as absenteeism rates, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction surveys, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Providing training to managers and employees on issues related to industrial relations, including conflict resolution, communication, and leadership.
Qualifications: MPA/MBA (LLB qualified will have an edge).
Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
