We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Quality Finishing Deputy Manager to lead our Quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Finishing team across all finishing processes.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Monitor finishing processes including trimming, thread cutting, pressing, stain removal, measurement, folding, packing, and final inspection.
- Analyze quality defects, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Washing, Packing, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all shipments meet customer specifications and are dispatched on time.
- Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection reports and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Train and develop quality inspectors and finishing staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and management presentations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in garments.
