WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager – Cutting
The Assistant Manager will ensure quality and measurement accuracy throughout the denim cutting process. This role oversees fabric inspection, shade and shrinkage control, and LXW grouping approval, while managing fabric preparation, relaxation, and panel checks. Also responsible for creating and adjusting hard patterns using G.G.T. technology & to closely work wit production teams to maintain high standards and efficiency across cutting operations.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in quality assurance within the denim or apparel industry with a focus on fabric inspection, cutting and measurement control.
