We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Receivables & Banking Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all commercial and statement bank communications, managing debtors, performing reconciliations, and supporting loan and receivables reporting functions.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all commercial and statement bank communications and financial dealings.
Oversee accurate recording and reconciliation of debtors and bank receipts with the Trial Balance (TB).
Lead the factoring and discounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate short realization workings.
Manage and monitor all short-term and long-term loan facilities, including mark-up computations and reconciliations with TB.
Ensure timely and accurate daily bank reconciliations across all company bank accounts.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly receivables reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise reconciliation of receivables with TB, OGP, and receipts to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Maintain and monitor updated customer outstanding records and lead follow-up strategies to improve cash inflow.
Coordinate with auditors, internal teams, and banks for smooth financial operations and compliance.
Provide leadership and training to junior team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

✅ Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of relevant experience in banking, receivables, and reconciliations.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
· Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
