Area Manager

Our client, a multinational leader in automotive accessories is seeking to recruit an Area Manager- to be based Saudi Arabia
Your responsibilities:
• achieving agreed sales and margin targets for Saudi Arabia
• maintaining business relationships with customers & partners in the country together with the sales management
• monitoring the overall sales performance and initiating corrective actions if needed, in coordination with the sales management
• regularly updating the account overviews on a monthly basis
• evaluating new partners to be appointed by the sales management
• promoting regular trainings in the central training center in Dubai
• monitoring the payment performance of assigned accounts and taking corrective actions if necessary
• supporting clients and consultants in terms of projects design and commercial aspects
• providing reference reports on projects
• implementing and monitoring the local company’s Security Service Policy
• supporting the business units in defining a consistent channel management strategy for the country
• defining a general marketing strategy for the country and planning and coordinating respective actions.
