Aman Foundation Jobs Assistant Manager Clinical Training:
We are looking to hire 2 candidates for the position titled “Assistant Manager Clinical Training” based in Karachi.
Minimum Education: MBBS or BSc in Nursing
Certification: preferred BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Experience: 4-5 Years in Emergency Medical Care and preferably in Training
Gender: Male/Female
Responsibilities:
- Identify the training need analysis for our Karachi & Sindh Ambulatory staff.
- Review existing training material to determine business effectiveness.
- Modify and update relevant business course material and training manuals to meet business requirement.
- Conduct relevant business unit (SRMS & SPAS) training sessions, organize & manage IT and other equipment.
- Strong Communication with SRMS and SPAS team to address learning issues, instruction problems or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
- Execute external training sessions (First Aid, CPR, Fire Safety and Evacuation and AHA accredited BLS)
