We Are Hiring! Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Affairs Company Secretarial Function
Job Role:
The responsibilities include preparing board and committee meeting papers and minutes, as well as drafting board resolutions for approval. This role also involves creating notices for meetings of shareholders and the board, and coordinating with the SECP, PSX, and other relevant entities for application filings and related matters. The position also requires collaboration with other departments to ensure the implementation of corporate governance standards, along with any other related duties assigned by the Company Secretary.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be ACCA or CA Finalist or with similar qualification
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in company secretarial function
Location:
- Selected individuals will be based at Head Office, Karachi
