Position: Equity Fund Manager – Portfolio Management Head Office, Karachi.

Alfalah Asset Management Company is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Fund Manager to join our Investment Team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Asset Class Specialist (Head of Equity), you will be the tactical lead responsible for:

• Implementing house-view strategies & managing daily liquidity.

• Managing broker relationships to ensure Best Execution & minimal slippage.
• Ensuring 100% adherence to SECP NBFC Regulations and IPS limits.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years in Pakistan’s capital markets OR 2+ years specifically on an Equity Trading Desk.
• Deep knowledge of PSX/NCCPL/CDC mechanisms and SECP regulations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CFA Charterholders (or Level II/III candidates) strongly preferred.

Alfalah Asset Management Company is looking for a proactive, results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Corporate & Institutional Sales for our North Region.

Lead the Region Forward: Grow and expand the client portfolio, accelerate AUM through new corporate and institutional acquisitions, and deepen market impact across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Alfalah AMC’s market share within the region.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new clients to raise fresh AUM
• Provide investment solutions tailored to clients’ financial needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Experience:

• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions (preferably Asset Management Companies).
• Experience in Private Equity and SMA mandates is highly desirable and will be a strong plus.
• Strong Sales and Relationship Management.

Education:

• Minimum BBA/B.Com, preferably MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related field)
• IFMP certification (preferred).
