Assistant Manager / Manager – HR OPERATIONS
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing diverse HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, vendor management, and payroll processing. This position requires a strong foundation in HR operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably within a reputed financial sector organization. Prior experience in team management will be considered an added advantage.
Selected individuals will be based at Head Office, Karachi.
