WE’RE HIRING! UNIT HEAD – PROCUREMENT

Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Must manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, & work with vendors.
• Must be familiar with information technology related procurement.
• Must have familiarity with local market vendors.
• Should develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Should manage the procurement process – from requisition to payment.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct market research and analyze vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank’s policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet business needs.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Core Competencies:

• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and must be skilled in procurement softwares such as Oracle/SAP.
