We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Assistant Manager – Technician for our Stitching Unit at Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in stitching machine maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and technical operations within the garment manufacturing industry.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 4–6 years of relevant experience in a stitching or garment manufacturing unit
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Supervise machine maintenance and technical operations in the stitching unit
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production flow
- Handle machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments for operational efficiency
- Maintain maintenance records and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
